  • Yes! We offer a discounted rate on annual plans for 1,000+ profiles. Visit our pricing page for details.

    We don’t require specific documentation to prove your non-profit status but we may visit your website to check your eligibility after you sign up.

  • Yes, with one exception. On the free plan we don’t offer the option to upload files to a profile.

    We do also include a small “Powered by Community Box” on our free plan, and this is removed automatically on our paid plans.

  • You can send us a message by clicking on the green message icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, or you can email help@communitybox.co.

    We also offer a 15 minute Zoom call with one of our founders if you would like to learn more about our directory software.

  • Yes, you can choose whether to allow members to add and edit their profiles, and you can also set up moderation to approve new profiles before they go live.

  • Yes! Community Box has an option to set certain profiles as featured, so you can have specific members appear first.

  • Yes, you can add custom CSS via the Community Box dashboard. We have some common CSS customisations listed in our documentation or you can add your own.

    If you’re not sure how to write custom CSS then please reach out to our helpful team on help@communitybox.co‍ ‍and we may be able to support you with some simple customisations.

  • We allow some basic customisations such as changing colours, fonts and the profile picture shape, but if you would like something more bespoke then we may be able to create a custom design for a one-off fee.

  • Our free plan includes up to 25 profiles and gives you access to all of the Community Box features other than file uploads.

    The free plan also includes a “Powered by Community Box” link at the bottom of your directory.

  • You can connect a Google Sheet to your Community Box directory to import your member data.

  • We do! Our directories can integrate with the following platforms without your members needing a separate login:

  • Our directories work on almost all website providers that allow you to add your own code. Platforms that do not currently support Community Box are:

    • GoDaddy

    • Canva

    • Any platform that only allows code to be added as an iFrame
